Job Description:

We’re looking for a Junior Creative Strategist to join Picanti and walk with our creative team to build ads that actually work. You’ll be working closely with creators, writing scripts and creative briefs, and using high-level AI skills to create top-tier creatives. If you are strategic about messaging and know how to use AI to drive results, we want you on the team.​

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with our creative team to develop winning ad creatives.

• Working directly with creators to guide and produce high-quality content.

• Writing compelling ad scripts and creative briefs.

• Using AI tools to generate innovative creative assets and concepts.

• Developing strategic messaging focused on performance.

• Conducting market and competitor creative research.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in a creative strategy or marketing role.

• Native Hebrew and fluent English (written and verbal).​

• High-level proficiency in using AI tools for creative production.

• Strong strategic mindset regarding messaging and creative direction.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Adaptability to new technologies and emerging creative tools.
